Description: This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. The Request for Quotation number is H92242-09-T-0518. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through FAC 2005-36, dated 15 Jul 2009 and DFARS Change Notice 20090715. The DPAS Rating for this solicitation is DO. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The Naval Special Warfare Group 4 requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing: CLIN 0001 PROVIDE CELLULAR SERVICE FOR THE AREA SURROUNDING NAVAL SPECIAL WARFARE'S, SPECIAL BOAT TEAM 22 LOCATED 2603 LOWER GAINESVILLE ROAD, BUILDING 260, STENNIS SPACE CENTER, MS AND NAVSCIATTS 2606 LOWER GAINESVILLE ROAD, STENNIS SPACE CENTER, MS. The Statement of Work is provided below. Period of performance to begin 05 October 2009 to 04 October 2010. Delivery location: Special Boat Twenty Two, 2603 Lower Gainesville Road Stennis Space Center, MS and NAVSCIATTS, Stennis Space Center, MS. This requirement is FOB Designation. The following FAR provisions and clauses are applicable to this procurement: 52.212-1 (Jun 2008), Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items; 52.212-3 and its ALT I (Jun 2008), Offeror Representations and Certifications. A MINIMUM OF 18,750 POOLED NATIONWIDE MINUTES AVAILABLE FOR A MINIMUM OF 50 USERS ON ACCOUNT WITH THE RATE PLAN. USERS SHALL THE ABILITY TO SHARE NATIONWIDE POOLED MINUTES ON ACCOUNT. PROVIDE VOICE AND DATA (TRUE UNLIMITED NATIONWIDE-PDA). SHALL INCLUDES UNLIMITED NATIONWIDE CALLING AND UNLIMITED WIRELESS DATA FOR INTERNET AND E-MAIL ACCESS, UNLIMITED NATIONWIDE TEXT MESSAGING, UNLIMITED WIRELESS DATA - FOR INTERNET AND E-MAIL ACCESS, VOICE MAIL, THREE FEATURE PACKAGE - CALLING, CALL FORWARDING, AND CONFERENCE CALLING AND CALLER ID. APPROXIMATELY 20 PHONES. PROVIDE SERVICE AND EQUIPMENT FOR TEN (10) WORLD PHONES WITH AN ACTIVATION FEE PER PHONE AND A MONTHLY CHARGE FOR INTERNATIONAL ROAMING FEATURE WHEN REQUIRED.
