The Contractor shall furnish all personnel, vehicles, equipment, materials, and supplies necessary to install Open Top Slotted Drain Pipe and construct an asphalt wearing wedge. The purpose for this amendment is to change the required response time/date from 10 September 2009 2:00 PM EST to 20 September 2009 2:00 PM EST as well as to make changes to the Scope of Work Sections C.1.3.1 and C.1.3.2.
