Description

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Region 2, Division of Contracting and General Services has issued Request for Proposal number 20181RR005, The work will consists of a contractor to provide all labor, equipment, supplies and materials to rehabilitate buildings to meet seismic load requirements. The work will include but will not be limited to installing bracing, replacement of gypsum boards and plaster, Painting, asbestos abatement, selective demolition, replacement of roofing systems, and other work associated with building repairs. The location of the project will be at the Willow Beach National Fish Hatchery in Mohave County, Arizona. This solicitation will be advertised as a Small Disadvantaged-8A competitive set-aside. We are seeking 8A certified contractors in the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 238990; All Other Specialty Trade Contractors. This work consists of many different trades to complete the work; to be selected contractor must have experience/past performance in managing multiple trade providers. In Accordance with FAR 36.204; the stated magnitude for this project is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00.
