Description

This solicitation will contain one NSN for a Support Structural use on a Aircraf, C/KC-135. It will be solicited for award of a Firm Fixed Price Contract. NSN 1560-01-443-6104, the quantity is 32 each. FOB is Destination; Inspection/Acceptance is Origin. This requirement is coded 1C. There are two appoved source D-J Engineering, CAGE 0C7H8 and The Boeing Company, CAGE 81205. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is on or about September 24, 2009. "DRAWING PACKAGE CITED IS SUBJECT TO EXPORT-CONTROL REGULATIONS AND DISTRIBUTION IS LIMITED TO THOSE CONTRACTORS QUALIFIED THROUGH JCP CERTIFICATION. TO APPLY FOR CERTIFICATION, COMPLETE DD FORM 2345, "MILITARY CRITICAL TECHNICAL DATA AGREEMENT."
