- This is an end of year, non-funded requirement, pending the availability of funds. All quotes submitted must be valid through 30 September 2009. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, F1C23D9244A902, is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-16. The NAICS code is 423390 and the small business size standard is 100 employees. The following commercial items are requested in this solicitation: CLIN 0001: Justrite Sure Grip EX Self Closing Door Flammable Liquid High Security Safety Cabinet - 60 Gal.; Yellow Color or Equal - 1 EA CLIN 0002: Justrite Additional Replacement Shelf for 34" W x 34" D Cabinet (Extra Shelves) or Equal - 2 EA CLIN 0003: Relius Solutions Security Cabinet w/ Tip Out Bins, Bin Qty: 68; All Welded, 20"D X 72"H X 48"W; Gray Color or Equal - 2 EA CLIN 0004: Relius Solutions All Welded Security Cabinets; All Welded, Gray Color, Enamel Finish; 3 Point Cylinder Lock; 14-to-16-Gauge Steel Cabinet; 4 Shelves or Equal - 2 EA CLIN 0005: Shipping Cost to Tracy Depot Items should be shipped 30 Days ADC, FOB: Destination for delivery to DLA Tracy Depot Whse 30 CCP 25600 Chrisman Road Tracy, CA 95376. Quotes will be evaluated and awarded to the offeror with the lowest price technically acceptable. The following provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition: FAR 52.211-6 Brand Name or Equal; FAR 52.232-18, Availability of Funds; FAR 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors-Commercial Items; AS OF 1 JANUARY 2005, OFFERORS ARE REQUIRED TO COMPLETE ONLINE REPRESENTATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS AT http://orca.bpn.gov WHICH ARE IDENTICAL TO WHAT IS RQUIRED IN FAR 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items.
