- Giant Voice Statement of Work This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation FA4877-09-Q-0695 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-36, Defense Circular Number 20090825, Air Force Acquisition Circular 2009-0803. This procurement is being issued as Total Small Business Set Aside under NAICS code 238210. A site visit will be held on 14 September 2009 at 930 A.M. on Davis-Monthan AFB, please see note for more information. DESCRIPTION: See attached Statement of Work. Shipping will be FOB Destination to 4085 S. Fifth St., Bldg 4707, Davis-Monthan AFB, AZ 85707 and please include an estimated delivery date ARO. Quotes will be evaluated on price and technical acceptance.
