The work will include but is not limited to air observation and landing on volcanic deposits produced during the 2009 eruption of Mt. Redoubt. Pricing includes wages for pilots, and all additional crew, overhead, general and administrative expenses and profit (16.601 (e) (1)), and the base and all options are pre-priced. The contract award amounts are based on an estimated amount of flight hours multiplied by the contractors flight and availability rate, with not to exceed maximums.
