- 1st Qtr Kosher Items - FY 2010 The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, Seagoville, Texas, intends to issue solicitation RFQP0514090004, for the requirements of: 1ST QUARTER KOSHER SUBSISTENCE FOODS FY 2010. This solicitation is restricted to 100% Small Business, FOB Destination, the NAICS code for this procurement is 424490; the small business size standrd for Government procurement is 100 employees. Delivery dates will begin October 1, 2009 through December 31, 2009. Deliveries will be made to the Federal Correctional Institution, 2113 North Highway 175, Seagoville, Texas 75159. The contract type is firm-fixed price. The Government reserves the right upon award to make formal signle or multiple awards. The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, that are considered to be most advantageous to the Government, with past performance and price considered, prices being rated higher than past performance. Faith-Based and Community-Based Organizations have the right to submit offers equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a written offer which willbe considered for award. The solicitation will be made available on or about September 10, 2009. The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is September 21, 2009. The solicitation will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities web site http://www.fbo.gov/. Hard copies of the solicitation document will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. Payment will be made using Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or the Government Purchase Card. Each offer is required per FAR 52.213-3(b)(2) to complete the representations and certifications via Online Representations and Certifications Apllications (ORCA) at http://orca.bpn.gov.
