- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This Request for Quote (RFQ) is using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. It is the offerors responsibility to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. This acquisition is for the purchase of the following supply contract for the name brand office furniture system specified in the requirements and statement of work. Requirements/Statement of Work NO PARTIAL QUOTES WILL BE ACCEPTED, MUST QUOTE ON ALL REQUIREMENTS. This solicitation is 100% set aside for small business. The type of contract will be fixed price. The Industrial Classification System Code is 442110 with a small business size standard of $7.0 million. Quotes are due by 5:00pm, Mountain Standard Time, September 15, 2009. 1Office Furniture System manufactured by Allsteel Inc. Please review attachment for complete requirement and statement of work. A single furniture system within each building improves maintenance technicians ability to reconfigure furniture. Furniture system spare parts can be easily maintained. Having a single furniture standard maintains a professional image and warranties can be more easily managed. 2Installation of furniture system within two standard business days. The Government will award to the vendor representing the best value to the government determined by the following criteria; past performance, quality, delivery, and price. The following clauses and provisions are incorporated by reference and are to remain in full force in any resultant purchase order; FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors. Submit signed and dated quotes on company letterhead. The contractor must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration database. Offerors must be registered in the Online Representations and Certifications system at http://orca.bpn.gov. Clauses and provisions may be accessed via the internet, http://arnet.gov/far. FAR clauses 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items (Feb 2007): FAR clause 52.204-7 Central Contractor Registration (Jul 2006), 52.252-2, Clauses Incorporated by Reference (Feb 1998), 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items (Feb 2008).
