- The US Army Medical Command, Pacific Regional Contracting Office (PRCO), Tripler AMC, Hawaii, intends to issue a sole source award to Cardinal Health 414,LLC, 7000 Cardinal Place, Dublin, OH 43017-1091 to provide the following supply: (1) Qty 1 each of Light CoolSpot II Single with Fastrac, Item No. CS316ST, Manufacturer: Burton, 120V, 60Hz, up to 13,000 footcandles (140,000 lux) at 24 inches and 5000 footcandles (54,000 lux) at 1 meter, up to 4300 degrees K color temperature, 5 year warranty, operating manual and service manual; (2) Shipping Charges to: C/O Defense Distribution Depot San Joaquin-W62N2A, CCP Warehouse 29, 25600 South Chrisman Road, Tracy, CA 95376; MARK FOR: WT5JZK-9093-4235, CEEP # 09-018 ON ALL SHIPPING LABELS ON EACH PACKAGE. This brand name item is required for standardization. Any firm that believes it can provide the stated Light CoolSpot II Single with Fastrac is invited to submit a written notification to PRCO within three (3) calendar days from the date of publication of this notice. Supporting information must be furnished to demonstrate the firms ability to provide the stated brand name software. Information can be sent to the Contract Specialist. Ms. Annette Pickering at annette.pickering@us.army.mil. No telephone or facsimile requests will be accepted. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. If no responses are received, PRCO will proceed with the sole source purchase order.
