Description
The United States Army Contracting Command, Joint Munitions and LethalityContracting Center, Joint Armaments Contracting Center, Picatinny Arsenal, NJ 07806-5000, intends to award a Sole Source purchase order for this requirement to: Integrated Systems Diagnostics, Inc. (ISD) for Integrated System Framework (ISF) Follow-on Maintenance. The period of performance will be one year from date of award. The Contract type shall be a Firm Fixed Price purchase order. This requirement is in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii)(B), Unacceptable delays in fulfilling the agencys requirements. REQUIREMENTS: ISF maintenance. The Contractor shall provide ISF software tool maintenance. ISF maintenance tasks: The contractor shall provide subject matter expert maintenance with the toolset to assist in developing the Armament SECs multi-model compliance. This will be completed through developing and applying a strategy for using the full tool set, including capturing and mapping the Armament SEC process architecture in the software toolset. The contractor shall provide ISF technical maintenance to implement the following in the ISF software toolset: (1) Add the QSPs into the QMS model in Model Wizard, (2) Include the QSPs in the ISO 9001-2000 map, (3) Validate the QMS to ISO 9001-2000 mapping, (4) Validate the QSP mappings, (5) Resolve the CMMI-DEV to ISO 9001-2000 mapping, (6) Build QMS to OSP report, (6) Build OSP to QMS report, (7) Build OSP to ISO 9001-2000 report, (8) Build QMS/QSP to CMMI-DEV report. The deliverables for this task are the mappings and reports within the ISF software tool which consists of the end products within the software tool for the software maintenance.
