- Description
- The U.S. Department of the Treasury, Departmental Offices intends to award a sole source purchase order to Moody's Analytics, Inc., 405 Howard Street, Ste. 300, San Francisco, CA 94105-2671, to provide Global Banking Research services. The purchase order is for a one-year subscription for online financial banking services including credit rating, research and risk analysis. This procurement is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP); FAR 13.106-1(b). This procurement action will result in a firm-fixed price purchase order. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive proposals. No solicitation document exists, and no telephone inquiries will be accepted in response to this notice. The Government will not be responsible for any cost incurred in preparation of a proposal. Responsible sources who believe they can provide the required services may submit a written capability statement via e-mail to Marsha.Anderson@do.treas.gov, not later than 3:00 p.m. EST on September 15, 2009. Such capabilities/qualifications will be evaluated solely in determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed effort on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
