- Description
- The contractor shall provide all material, labor, equipment, permits, appurtenances, and supervision necessary to renovate the East Building Diabetes Program and Property and Supply at the Lawton Indian Health Center in Lawton, Oklahoma. This requirement is for a proposal leading to issuance of a delivery order under a competitively awarded Job Order Contract (JOC) for the Oklahoma City Area Indian Health Service. The contractor is Centennial Contractors Enterprises, Inc with a field office in Edmond, Oklahoma. The project scope includes the major renovation of the existing East Building for the Diabetes and Property and Supply Projects, base bid; and the old Property and Supply Building, Option #1. The base bid renovation includes 6,400 SF of major renovation work. The Option includes 3,720 SF of major renovation work. The construction is on an occupied health care facility that must remain fully operational during construction. The contractor must plan and schedule work with the project manager to maintain full services to all occupied areas and limit any disruptions. The magnitude of this construction project is between $500,000 and $1 Million. NO SOLICITATION WILL BE ISSUED TO THE PUBLIC. THIS REQUIREMENT WILL BE AWARDED BY ISSUANCE OF A DELIVERY ORDER UNDER AN EXISTING IDIQ CONTRACT. THIS PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND REQUIRED BECAUSE FUNDING PROVIDED UNDER THE AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT OF 2009 WILL BE USED.
