- This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation, Part 12. This announcement constitutes a Request for Quotation; proposals are being requested. Solicitation numbers F3HSK19247A001 is issued as a request for quotation. Funds are currently available.
