- RECOVERY -- This is a Notice of task order award HHSN29200060 for "Building 10 Repair - Pathology Laboratory HVAC" under an existing Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contract (IDIQ) to Northern Taiga Ventures, Inc. (DUNS Number 167078885) This task order was awarded in accordance with the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. THIS NOTICE IS TO PROVIDE FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO THE CONTRACTOR THAT WAS AWARDED THE MASTER IDIQ CONTRACT NUMBER HHSN292999900253I. This task order is to repair HVAC sytem deficiencies serving the NIH Building ACRF Pathology research space per the drawings and specifications. The Bldg 10 Clinical Pathology Department occupies approximately 57,000 square feet of office spaces and laboratory areas on the second floor of the Building No.10 at the NIH Campus in Bethesda, Maryland. The mission functions for this department require that all of the resources within the department remain available for use on a twenty-four/seven basis during this construction work. The existing Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning (HVAC) system serving the space is aged and has outlived its service life. This HVAC project largely pertains to the replacement and upgrade of the capacities of the existing Hot Deck and Cold Deck Air handlers and associated exhaust fans located in the Mechanical Penthouses located above the space.
