- Synopsis: E911 System Add-On, for Security Forces and Medical Center Reference # FA3010-09-T-0057 Class Code: 5810 NAICS Code: 334220 Description: Add 2 Consoles to current 911 System, provide training according to the Statement of Objectives to be posted. Keesler AFB intends to solicit and award a firm fixed price contract using simplified acquisition procedures for the upgrade of the E911 console system. The Vendor shall engineer, furnish, install and test (EFI&T) two E911 VESTA consoles for the security forces and base hospital. Minimum Qualifications All qualifications shall be submitted by the contractor for verification by the government. Minimum Contractor Qualifications All work shall be performed by and all equipment shall be furnished and installed by a certified PlantCML Contractor, hereafter referred to as the Contractor. The Contractor shall have the following qualifications: a. Contractor shall have a minimum of 3 years experience in the application, installation and testing of the Vesta SL-100 system. b. All installers assigned to the installation of this system or any of its Components shall have a minimum of 3 years experience in the installation of the Vesta SL-100 system. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered. The applicable NAICS code is 334220; small business standard: 750 employees. Vendors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry prior to award with any DoD agency. Registration may be accomplished at website, http://www.ccr.gov. Invoices shall be electronically submitted via Wide Area Work Flow. Registration and invoicing may be accomplished at https://wawf.eb.mil/.
