Description

NOTICE OF INTENT SOLE SOURCE AWARD. The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Immigrations and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Office of Acquisition Management- Dallas, Dallas, TX intends to award a sole source purchase order to the Michigan State Police Department, located at 714 South Harrison Road, East Lansing, MI 48823-5143, pursuant to the authority of FAR 13.501(a). This Purchase Order is intended to acquire access to the Law Enforcement Information Network (LEIN), for use during several ICE projects throughout Fiscal Year (FY) 10. The anticipated award date is September 30, 2009. The anticipated period of performance is October 1, 2009 through September 30, 2010 with 4 1-year options. The Michigan State Police maintains and own the applicable servers in which the local LEIN system operates. Therefore, ICE has determined that the Michigan State Police This the only responsible source for accessing the LEIN system and that no other system or services will satisfy the agency requirements. This notice is not a request for offers. A determination not to compete this procurement based on response to this notice is solely the discretion of the Government. No solicitation will be issued for this sole source requirement and no other information will be provided.
