- If there are any questions regarding the Statement of Work please contact SSgt Richard Coleman. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the ONLY solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation F3Q2AD9152A001 is a Request for Quote. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-36 dated 11 Aug 2009. NAICS Code 334111. FOB: Robins AFB, GA. Solicitation is to procure a firm fixed price contract for Maintenance of the SCADA system located on Robins AFB GA. Contractor shall follow the attached two page statement of work. Please email SSgt Richard Coleman, richard.coleman@robins.af.mil for a copy of the Statement of Work. This is a sole source purchase to Advanced Control Systems in accordance with FAR 6.302.1, Only one responsible source will satisfy agency requirements (Advance Control Systems holds proprietary rights to the equipment). Period of performance - Date of award through 12 months there after, with four annual option periods.
