- PLEASE READ BEFORE RESPONDING. To Interested Contractors: The General Services Administration, Public Buildings Service, Region 5 is looking for all small business Commercial Real Estate Appraisers within the six states that GSA Region 5 controls. These states include: Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Ohio and Wisconsin. The small business size is determined by the by the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code. In this case the small business standard size for Office of Real Estate Appraisers - NAICS 531320 is $2.0 Million in average revenue in the last three years for work completed in the Real Estate Appraisal field. If you are interested in future procurements involving commercial appraisal work, you must have the following: 1)Certified Licensed Real Estate Appraisal License, MAI Certification preferred, for the state(s) of your interest. 2)Be aware of the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) 3)Have worked in the Commercial Real Estate industry for the last 5 years minimum. 4)Be able to provide past references on previous commercial appraisal work done. 5)Have a resume of all people that will be involved in the appraisal work. 6)Have insurance for your company, minimum of $500,000 Liability. 7)Be registered on the Central Contractors Registration (www.ccr.gov) website. 8)Be registered on the Online Representation and Certification Application website (https://orca.bpn.gov/) Please provide the following information to Lisa M.
