Description

The National Institute on Aging, IRP, intends to negotiate and award a purchase order on a competitive basis for the purchase of Laboratory Equipment as listed below. This notice may represent the only official notice. This is a Simplified Acquisition with the estimated value of less than $100,000.00 threshold. This acquisition is being procured under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. All proposals received prior to COB, September 21, 2009, will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334516 and the business size standard is 100. The National Institute on Aging requires the following equipment: Item#: CS2500N4-1, Smartcycler Laptop System Only electronic offers will be accepted.
