- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is F2N11S9239AA01; this solicitation is a request for quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2005-36, DCN 20090825, and AFAC 2009-0803. This acquisition will be full and open competition, brand name or equal; the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 453998. The business size standard is $7,000,000.00. The Federal Supply Class (FSC) is 4240. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 5999. CLIN 0001: 1 EA; Baker Life Chute OR EQUAL. 50'/65' height requirement. Roller bar and additional accessories (Straps, ratchets, eyebolts, etc.), and base mount electric wench. Also include any freight, installation, testing, and training charges for offered equipment. Please include any delivery timeframe and shipping charges to Norfolk, VA, 23511. Award shall be made in the aggregate, all or none EVALUATION CRITERIA: Evaluation of offers will be completed in accordance with FAR 13.106-2. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitation and represents the best value to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: TECHNICAL CAPABILITY - All offers will be reviewed to ensure the capabilities of the life chute equipment offered will meet the needs of the Government.
