Description

Solicitation 1300132128 is issued as a synopsis/request for quote. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis with Blue Sky Mast for the line items listed below, under the authority of FAR Part 6.302-1. The contract line item numbers and description are: CLIN 0001 – Quantity 5 each, Part Number BSM2-M-M215-JBS-000, SERIES II-JBS PROGRAM-15 METER MAST-AL2 CLIN 0002 – Quantity 1 each, Shipping This procurement is for an antenna mast that is an essential part of the RIS-LITE 761-765 program and its infrastructure. Documentation and physical design have been previously established for the required antenna masts and are needed to support the currently deployed sloping V long wire antennas. The mast, made from military grade aluminum alloy, is commercial equipment that is kitted specifically for the RIS-LITE. Award is expected on or about 23 September 2009. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Delivery is required FOB origin to Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD), Building 8115 Villa Road, St. Inigoes, MD. 20684-0010 by 23 October 2009.
