- FY10 funds apply to this requirement. No award can be made until FY10 funds become available IAW FAR 52.232-18 AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS.1. Estimated Solicitation issue date: 28 September 2009 2. Estimated closing/response date: 28 October 2009 3. PR #: FD2030-10-70084 4. Nomenclature/Noun: SERVOVALVE,HYDRAULI 5. NSN: 1650-00-313-5159HS 6. P/N: 22253100-001 7. Application (Engine or Aircraft): F-15 Acft 8. Description: Approximately 1 inch long X 1 inch wide X 1.5 inches high. Material: Aluminum, steel, brass, rubber, etc. Function: Converts electrical signals into mechanical movement to control functions of the F-15 rudder surfaces. Required Delivery: 30 September 2010. Gov't New/Unused surplus material is not acceptable. 9. Other: A 3 year basic requirements contract is contemplated with a BEQ of 40 for the total contract, Minimum Order Quantity is 3 each and Maximum Order Quantity is 20 each, with a Total Contract Maximum of 60 each.Electronic procedure will be used for this solicitation. Woodward HRT is the only approved source at this time. Interested persons/firms may identify their interest by submitting a capability statement, proposal or quotation. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within forty five days (thirty days if award is issued under an existing basic ordering agreement) after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the government. Note: An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential Offerors during the proposal development phase of this acquisition. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or contracting officer, but to communicate contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposals or in the source selection process.
