- THIS REQUIREMENT IS FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES PERTAINING TO THE MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR (IF NEEDED), BOTH SCHEDULED AND UNSCHEDULED, FOR A 12 MONTH PERIOD, OF WIRE INTEGRITY TESTER (WIT) EQUIPMENT. THIS REQUIREMENT WILL BE FULFILLED WITHIN THE COUNTRY OF SOUTH KOREA. PRESENTLY, THE GOVERNMENT INTENDS TO SOLICIT ONE BUSINESS DUE TO PROPRIETARY DATA RIGHTS OF THE WIT. CK TECHNOLOGIES DEVELOPED THE WIT AND, TO THE GOVERNMENT'S KNOWLEDGE, IS THE ONLY QUALIFIED CONTRACTOR CAPABLE OF SUCCESSFUL PERFORMANCE OF THIS EFFORT. THE GOVERNMENT HAS NO DRAWINGS, AND THE NEED FOR THIS SERVICE IS CRITICAL TO MISSION REQUIREMENTS. THE GOVERNMENT WILL CONSIDER OTHER OFFERS PROVIDED THEY PERTAIN TO SUCCESSFUL WIT MAINTENANCE AND UPKEEP, BUT THE CONTRACTOR SELECTED TO PROVIDE THESE SERVICES WILL NEED TO BE QUALIFIED AT AWARD.
