- Appraisal Services for the Green Mountain and Finger Lakes National Forests in VT, NY and for the White Mountain National Forest in NH, ME. Appraisers must be Certified General Appraisers in the state where the appraisals will take place and have attended the seminar, Uniform Appraisal Standards for Federal Land Acquisitions. There will be a least two Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contracts issued from this solicitation. They will be for a base year plus four option years. A complete solicitation package will be uploaded to this site on or about September 28, 2009. This package will include the technical specifications, all qualifications needed, method of evaluation, and materials needed to submit an offer.
