Description

This modification of task order CB7507001T3 Electronic Dental Record Implementation Support awarded Feb 2009, will be solicited and awarded in GSA’s Information Technology Solutions Shop (ITSS) as a separate task ID, CB7507001R, for Recovery Act monitoring purposes only. It falls in the scope of the original task order, remains part of the initial task order, and maintains the same terms and conditions. The task includes delivery of the Dentrix Solution inlcuding fully configured server hardware and software. This modification is estimated at $7,391,160.00. The following required clause language will be included. FAR Case 2009-008, American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (the ARRA) -- Buy American Requirements for Construction Materials, by reference; FAR Case 2009-009, American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (the ARRA) -- Reporting Requirements; This rule adds a new clause, 52.204-11. 52.204-11 American Recovery and Reinvestment Act—Reporting Requirements (Mar 2009) (a) Definitions. As used in this clause— FAR Case 2009-010, American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (the ARRA) -- Publicizing Contract Actions, by reference; FAR Case 2009-011, American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (the ARRA) -- GAO/IG Access, by reference; and FAR Case, 2009-012, American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (the ARRA) -- Whistleblower Protections, by reference.
