Combined Synposis/Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.603, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number N00421-09-T-0152 is issued as a Request for Quote. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-36. This requirement is not set-aside solely for small business and will be using full and open competition. The NAICS code is 541519 and the small business size standard is $25M. The procurement of eRoom licenses will be utilized by the Information Technology/ Information Management Application Integration and Business Intelligence Division at Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) 7.2.2, Patuxent River, MD. The period of performance is anticipated to commence on 10/01/09 and expire on 09/30/10. Delivery terms are to be stated with quote; FOB Destination is anticipated.
