This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial itemsprepare in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplementedwith additional information included in this notice, SolicitationVA256-09-RQ-0459, is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) pursuant toFAR Part 12 and Part 13. It is anticipated that one firm-fixed pricepurchase order will result from this solicitation. The solicitationdocument and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effectthrough Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-26. This is a ServiceDisabled Veteran Owned Small Business set-aside. The NAICS code is423730 and the small business size standard is 100 employees.
