Description

The contractor shall provide all material, labor, equipment, permits, appurtenances, and supervision necessary to remove and replace the roof membrane system at the Claremore Indian Hospital in Claremore, Oklahoma. The total roof area to be replaced is approximately 80,000 SF. This construction project will be completed at an occupied health care facility that must remain fully operational during construction. The contractor must plan and schedule work with the project manager to maintain full services to all occupied areas and limit any disruptions. This requirement is for a proposal leading to issuance of a delivery order under a competitively awarded Job Order Contract (JOC) for the Oklahoma City Area Indian Health Service. The contractor is Centennial Contractors Enterprises, Inc with a field office in Edmond Oklahoma. The magnitude of this construction project is between $500,000 and $1 million. This requirement was previously publicized under No. IHS1071013 as an informational Presolicitation Notice on September 1, 2009. NO SOLICITATION WILL BE ISSUED TO THE PUBLIC. THIS REQUIREMENT WILL BE AWARDED BY ISSUANCE OF A DELIVERY ORDER UNDER EXISTING IDIQ CONTRACT HHSI161200900003I.
