- RECOVERY--This proposed procurement is Set-Aside for Small Businesses, NAICS 561730 with a size standard of $7.0 Million. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment and supplies necessary to complete the install of wildlife habitat trees/seedlings at the Raystown Lake Project, Hundingdon, PA in strict accordance with the scope of work included in the request for quotations bid package. All field work must be completed by November 29, 2009 and invoiced by December 14, 2009. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by the agency. The solicitation will be provided in an electronic format, free of charge, to all registered plan holders. The media through which the Government chooses to issue this solicitation will be the Internet only. This solicitation will not be issued in paper. Contractors requests for this solicitation will be performed through ASFI. All questions shall be submitted via e-mail to Kevin.J.Cook@usace.army.mil. Bids can be submitted VIA EMAIL to Kevin.J.Cook@usace.army.mil or by MAIL (UPS) to U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Contracting Division, Room 7000, Simplified Acquisition Team, 10 South Howard Street, Baltimore, MD 21201- 2530. ABSOLUTELY NO FAX COPIES WILL BE ACCEPTED. In the absence of the Contract Specialist, please contact Linda Evans @ 410-962-2708. The solicitation will be provided in an electronic format, free of charge to all authenticated account holders of Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) System To familiarize vendors with the newly released FBO system, please download the Vendor Guide found here. Please note that all Corps of Engineers acquisitions are considered Sensitive, But Unclassified Documents, and require users to have a valid MPIN entered in the FBO system to access package.
