- The US Army Medical Command, Pacific Regional Contracting Office (PRCO), Tripler AMC, Hawaii, intends to issue a sole source award to D.R.E., Inc., 1800 Williamson Ct, Louisville, KY 40223-4114 to provide the following supply(s): (1) Qty: TWO (2) DRE WAVELINE PLUS MONITOR, PART # 66003, MFR: D.R.E. INC,; MEASURES ECG, RESPIRATION, NIBP, SPO2, TEMPERATURE, WITH BATTERY BACK-UP AND BUILT-IN PRINTER; INCLUDES ECG CABLE AND LEADS, NIBP HOSE, ADULT CUFF, NELLCOR OXIMAX SPO2 CABLE, REUSABLE FINGER SENSOR, TACTILE TEMPERATURE PROBE, POWER CORD, 2 OPERATING MANUALS AND 1 SERVICE MANUAL, 2 YEAR PARTS AND LABOR FACTORY WARRANTY; (2) Qty: TWO (2) BRACKET WALL MOUNT INFINIUM MONITORS, PART # P01749, MFR: D.R.E. INC; (3) Shipping Charge direct to: Tripler Army Medical Center, Hawaii 96859-5000. This sole source requirement is submitted in accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1. This brand name item is required for standardization and due to its uniqueness. Any firm that believes it can provide the stated brand name item(s) above is invited to submit a written notification to PRCO within two (2) calendar days from the date of publication of this notice. Supporting information must be furnished to demonstrate the firms ability to provide the stated brand name software. Information can be sent to the Contract Specialist. Ms. Annette Pickering at annette.pickering@us.army.mil. No telephone or facsimile requests will be accepted. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. If no responses are received, PRCO will proceed with the sole source purchase order.
