Description

Solicitation HC102809T2290 reference IT1036 THIS IS A SOLICITATION. DISA/DITCO intends to issue a purchase order to TASKE TECHNOLOGY INC for the acquisition of Software Subscription/Maintenance Renewal for DeCA, Fort Lee, VA. The estimated price is approximately 10,000.00 for the total Life Cycle Cost covering the Base Year, Option Year 1 and Option Year 2 periods. The period of performance is to begin 10/1/09. Companies that can provide the requirement items shall provide a quote reply directly to Lauren.oneill@disa.mil by 9/21/09 3 PM CST. Please place in the subject line of the email IT1036 solicitation HC102809T2290 and your vendor name. Provide documentation of your company's ORCA registration, authorization to provide the TASKE Software support items, and for the determination of price reasonableness provide the commercial price list for the requirement items and the discounts being provided the Government. The Government requests all available discounts. The resultant contract will be firm fixed price. The applicable NAICS is 519190. All responsible business sources may submit a completed solicitation response that will be considered. Small business are encouraged to quote.
