- Description
- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items/services prepared IAW the format in FAR 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. This is a request for proposal (RFP). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-36 and DFARs Change Notice (DCN) 20090729. Federal Supply Class/Service (FSC) code is F105 and the North American Industry Classification system Code (NAICS) is 561710. This acquisition is a 100% small business set-aside. The 95th Contracting Squadron, Edwards Air Force Base, California is seeking potential sources capable of providing all management, licenses/certifications, laboratory testing, tools, supplies, equipment, transportation, and labor to develop and implement an Integrated Pest Management (IPM) plan for pest control services at Edwards AFB. Due to time constraints, an organized site visit will be held this Fri, 18 Sep 09 at 10:00 AM. Location will be the West Gate at Edwards AFB. Due to 9/11 upgraded security requirements, all individuals that attend the site visit must be pre-registered. Individuals wishing to attend the site visit must submit the following information by e-mail to myogene.park@edwards.af.mil no later than 3:00 PM on Wed, 16 Sep 09 : -Name -Date of Birth -Place of Birth -Social Security Number - Citizenship -Green Card Number (if applicable) -Driver's License Number/State -Vehicle Brand and Model -Vehicle License Number/State Individuals that are not legal residents of the United States will not be allowed access to Edwards AFB.
