This is a notice of Contracting Officer's intent to negotiate a firm fixed price ocntract on a sole source basis with Interlink Consulting Services, Inc., 1712 Breakers W Blvd, West Palm Beach, FL 33411. This purchase order will be for the procurement of the following service: presentation of a cross cultural communications/competency - regional orientation program to the Security Assistance Management Directorate (SAMD); and also provide all equipment and materials for this instruction.
