- Basketball Officials, Scorekeeper and Clock Operator SOW Baseball/Softball SOW Q&As This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement consititutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. SMALL BUSINESS SIZE STANDARD (a) NAICS: 711219 (b) Dollars: $7 million The Small Business Set Aside is Withdrawn. This is full is and open competition. CLINs 0001, 0002, 1001, 1002, 2001 and 2002: Non personal services to include all labor and uniforms to provide Youth Basketball Officials and their Scorekeepers and Clock Operators and for Youth Baseball/Softball Official services in accordance with Statement of Work and Appendix C. (See attached 1449 for CLIN structure). The following documents are applicable to this requirement and tha attached hereto: Statement of Works, Appendix C and Wage Determination 2005-2139 (Rev 8). period of Performance begins 1 Oct 2009. The Government intends to award a FFP contract (Basic, plus two option years). In Addition to price, quote should include your cage code, DUNS number and taxpayer ID number. Contractor must be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR), On-Line Representations and Certification Application (ORCA) at www.bpn.gov and Wide Area Wrokflow prior to award.
