RECOVERY-THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A NOTICE FOR SOLICITATION OF OFFERS. THE ACTION DESCRIBED HEREIN IS A MODIFICATION TO AN EXISTING CONTRACT, J08F6AR006. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO THE CONTRACTOR IDENTIFIED BELOW. This opportunity is available only to Adams and Associates, Inc. under contract number J08F6AR006. The Office of the Assistant Secretary for Administration and Management, on behalf of Job Corps, intends to award a modification in the amount of $42,419 to the Little Rock Job Corps Center (JCC), operated by Adams. These funds are provided under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA). The funding is within the not-to-exceed ceilings for this contract. It would be impracticable to use a fixed price contract to secure services of the kind or quality required for this modification since the modification is to an existing Cost Plus Incentive Fee (Cost Reimbursement) contract. The funding is intended to enhance the following areas: 1) Career Technical Training (CTT) Educational Services; 2) Equipment for CTT Ed services; and 3) Career Technical Skills Training Green Initiatives. The operator will utilize these funds to further invest opportunities for students of the Little Rock JCC. It is anticipated that this modification will be awarded 15 days from the date of this announcement.
