- The solicitation number is FA9301-09-M-E012. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in FAR 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation for this requirement. This is a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-33 and DFARs Change Notice (DCN) 20090115. Federal Supply Class/Service (FSC) code is 5670. NAICS is 332321 and the size standard is 500 employees. This acquisition is a 100% Small Business set-aside. The 95th Contracting Squadron, Edwards Air Force Base, CA is seeking to purchase the following service: Line 1: Replacing/Installation of (4) Gauge Rolling Steel Doors, 12 x 15 Gray Flat Slats, Steel Mount Hardware 22 Gauge Steel Slats, Structural Steel Wall Angles & Guides, Double Angle Bottom Bar with Seal, Reduced Drive Chain Hoist Operation, 24 Gauge Steel Hood. Line 2: Replacing/Installation of (4) Commercial Jackshaft Operators, ½ HP, 115 Volt, 1-Phase Motor Cover Included Lockable Cover, Constant Contact To Close, 3-Button Control Station, Emergency Floor Level Chain Hoist.
