- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested for the required items and no written solicitation will be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-36 11 August 2009. This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued Subject to Availability of Funds in accordance with FAR 52.232-18 Availability of Funds (Apr 1984). Funds are not presently available for this contract. This combined synopsis/solicitation is brand name specific. A Brand Name Justification and Approval has been executed in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. Ft. Leonard Wood MO requires the following items: 0001: Ray Systems US Army Downrange Kit; includes 4 each Downrange MultiRae Plus gas monitors, Pelican case with pass-through charging, 10 sample probe with self-coiling teflon tubing, 10 pack Downrange kit filters, remote probe, operation and maintenance manual, MultiRae Plus quad pack external power cable (US), CDROM for user training; 7 each. Rae Systems part # 0002: US Army Maintenance Kit; includes Pelican case with foam cutout, Prorae Suite Downrange software CD ROM, Downrange computer communications cable, regulators to include 34 liters 100PPM Isobutylene, 34 liters 50% LEL Methane, 58 liters 10PPM CL2, Downrange MultiRae Plus opration and mantenance manuals, 10 pack Downrange kit filters, organic vapor zero gas adapter, Downrange lamp cleaning kit, Downrange tool kit. All vendors must have a current Central Contractor Registration (CCR). Quotes are due no later than 3:00pm Central Daylight Time on 22 September 2009.
