- The US Army Medical Command, Pacific Regional Contracting Office (PRCO), Tripler AMC, Hawaii, intends to issue a sole source award to Paragon Medical Supply, Inc., 10918 Wiles Road, Coral Springs, FL 33076-2005 to provide the following supply(s): (1) Qty Five (5) sets Vet-Dop Animal Ultrasonic Doppler Blood Pressure System with Sphygmomanometer, Mfr: Paragon Medical Supply, Inc., Model BF1SET, 9.4 MHz probe, focused transducer that can be held with the finger or thumb, pressure pump and gauge (sphygmomanometer), high quality built-in speaker w/headphones bypass, instructions and a 19-minute procedural video, set of 5 cuffs with various sizes (range from small cats to large dogs), advanced low noise microelectronics, three C batteries offer over 50 hours of use, one year parts and labor warranty, includes two operating manuals and two service manuals; (2) UPS or FEDEX Shipping Charge to: MEDDAC-J, ATTN: MCJA-LD BLDG #721, ZAMA-SHI, KANAGAWA-KEN, JAPAN 228-0027; MARK FOR: WT5JZK-9135-6000, CEEP # V09-011 ON ALL SHIPPING LABELS ON EACH PACKAGE. This brand name item is required for standardization. Any firm that believes it can provide the stated brand name item(s) above is invited to submit a written notification to PRCO within two (2) calendar days from the date of publication of this notice. Supporting information must be furnished to demonstrate the firms ability to provide the stated brand name software. Information can be sent to the Contract Specialist, Ms. Annette Pickering at annette.pickering@us.army.mil. No telephone or facsimile requests will be accepted. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. If no responses are received, PRCO will proceed with the sole source purchase order.
