- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. This is not a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. The purpose of this notice is to inform potential offerors that this opportunity will be posted on the GSA Schedule. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER GSA SCHEDULE 66, CATEGORY 603 10. The purpose of this requirement is to purchase a NIKON ECLIPSE E800 for the National Institutes of Health, National Institute on Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID). The specifications of this instrument will be outlined in the GSA Announcement. The purchase of this instrument is related to the implementation of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 as described in OMB guidance M-09-15.
