- Amendment to RFP- Second round of answers to submitted questions: 1. The statement of work's contract personnel requirements states that contractors with litigation and/or counsulting experience involving environmental and safety and health laws "as they relate to firearms training facilities are required." Is experience with firearms training facilities a necessary prerequisite to successfully bidding on this RFP? Yes,unless no otherwise qualified vendors have such experience. 2. In the "Past Performance Evaluation" section of the RFP, you have indicated that "evaluations may include interviews with previous clients or proposed personnel." Do you intend to interview prior clients and are you requesting references? Yes, we will want to talk with prior clients and yes, we are requesting references.
