Description
Past Performance Survey Terms and Conditions SOW - Market Survey THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION AND A SEPARATE SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. The Clinical Center at the National Institutes of Health has a requirement for a contractor to provide a Natoli 3 in 1 Tablet Hardness Tester. The purpose of the acquisition is to provide the specified Hardness Tester for the new drug producing facility the Department of Pharmacy is constructing. The unit is to be able to interface with the unit currently in use in the Pharmacy. This is combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 under Simplified Acquisitions procedures in Subpart 13.5 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation notice for this acquisition is no. 163632 and includes all applicable provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-36. The applicable North American Industrial Code is 334516 and a size standard of 500 employees. The Government anticipates award of a purchase order and delivery 60 days after receipt of the purchase order by the vendor. The delivery is to be F.O.B. destination within consignee's premises. The detailed statement of Work can be found in Attachment No.1 to this synopsis. Offerors are requested to provide a detailed cost and technical proposal for the proposed purchase order. Please refer to the following attachments which delineate the Governments requirements for this procurement.
