- The Aberdeen Area Indian Health Service is currently seeking potential quoters for a Firm Fixed-Price, Non-Personal Health care Service Purchase Order for an Obstetrician to provide Obstetrical & Gynecological services one full day per week for 52 weeks at the Wagner PHS, IHS Health Clinic at Wagner, South Dakota. The period of performance will be from November 6, 2009 through September 30, 2010. The Contractor shall perform according to the Statement of Work. The unit price is an all inclusive cost which is to include travel, lodging, per diem, fringe benefits, federal, state and local taxes, plus all other costs pertinent to the performance of the purchase order. Requests for the Request for Quotations (RFQ) package, RFQ-10-030, shall be in writing by email. Please provide the postal mailing address or your email address and state how you would prefer the package to be sent. The RFQ package will be released approximately fifteen (15) days after the date of this publication which will be September 30, 2009. The closing date of the RFQ package is October 15, 2009.
