- Revised Scope of Work Amendment Number 2 This is a solicitation for commercial items in accordance with FAR 5.203 and 12.204. The solicitation W912HN-09-T-0109 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) and this is notice that Savannah Regional Contracting Center-Charleston Office, intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order. The associated NAICS code is 333999 and the Small Business Size Standard is 500 employees. This procurement is a 100% small business set aside and only qualified offerors may submit bids. The solicitation will only be available in electronic format, downloadable from the internet. Offeror must be registered in Central Contractor Registration (www.ccr.gov) prior to award. The US Army Corps of Engineers requires the following items: CLIN 0001-Skid mounted oil purifiers used to clean ISO 68 turbine oil in 1200 gallon sumps IAW with attached Scope of Work, Quantity 15 CLIN 0002-Shipping Offeror must submit detailed product description to properly evaluate the product. Submissions may be product cut sheets, written specifications, or similar documentation describing the main and internal features of the Oil Purifier. Please submit quotes directly to the point of contact in the FBO notice, so that they are received at that email address no later than the closing date and time for this solicitation which is September 22, 2009 at 2:00 pm, EST.
