- Description
- Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to issue a sole source contract to Lockheed Martin Systems Integration (LMSI), Owego, New York. The purpose of this contract is for the procurement of two common cockpits for the MH-60S Aircraft under an existing contract N00019-04-C-0028. LMSI is the sole designer, developer and manufacturer of the Common Cockpits including the integration of system software and hardware. LMSI has propriety rights to the existing data for Common Cockpits kits and is the only company that possesses the necessary knowledge and technical expertise to complete this effort. Number Note 22 applies!!
