- Combined Synopsis/Solicitation The Solicitation number is F1S1AB9181B001. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. This is a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-36 and DFARs Change Notice (DCN) 2009-08-25. NAICS is 334518 and the size standard is 500 employees; This acquisition is a 100% small business set aside. The AFFTC/PKE, Edwards Air Force Base, CA is seeking to purchase the following ITEM 1: 2 each digital outdoor clocks to be installed on two hangers that can display both time and temperature. • Must be able to scroll between Celsius and Fahrenheit. • Must show military time. • Should display time/temp one at a time, but can rotate between the two. • Should have 18" and 24" digit heights. • Lighting must be in Red or Amber, whichever is easier to see in sunlight. • 1 year warranty/ • Have a controller to control the clock. (2 each). 1 for each clock. • Viewing angle: 140 degree horizontal x 70 degrees vertical. • Single face configuration • Cabinet dimensions: 2'0"H x 5'0"W x 0'6"D • Max power: 150 Watts • Weight: 60 Pounds • FOB Destination. • Installation.
