- Equipment Material List The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO), Contracting Division, Hardware Section (DITCO/PL8322), 2300 East Drive, Scott AFB, IL 62225-5406, intends to issue a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested based on this announcement. A separate written solicitation will not be issued. The request for quote (RFQ ) document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2005-36. This is not a set-aside. Contract award cannot be made to any contractor not enrolled in the Department of Defense Central Contractor Registration (CCR) program. The CCR website is http://www.ccr.gov. This solicitation is for brand name or equal hardware requirement identified on the attached equipment list spreadsheet. Interest vendors are asked to submit pricing for the requirement on the attached spreadsheet. Please provide pricing for each listed items. Partial quotes will not be accepted, the hardware must be new products, and all quotes must be from vendors who are authorized resellers of the OEM. Payment by Wide AreaWork Flow is the intended method of payment. The expected delivery is within 30 days after receipt of order. Section 508 Accessibility Standards do not apply. Evaluation of quotes will be conducted using Simplified Acquisition Procedures per FAR Part 13.106. The agency will award a firm-fixed price contract based on the lowest evaluated price technically acceptable quote. Please provide your DUNS Number, taxpayer identification (TIN), CAGE code, Contractor Point of Contact, Phone Number, E-mail Address, Fax Number, Payment Term (net 30) or Discount, Business Size (i.e., small, women-owned, etc.), warranty period, and estimated delivery date with your quote.
