- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Quotes shall reference solicitation number W911RZ-09-T-0462. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-36. Fort Carson intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price Contract for accessories for a Kardex Lean Lift System. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 337127 with a small business size standard of 500 employees. This requirement is set aside 100% for Small Businesses. **This requirement is BRAND NAME ONLY.** The Contractor shall propose the following Contract Line Item Number (CLIN): CLIN 0001: KARDEX Side rail 5.5inches H : 1) 5.5inches Height (3ea.), 2) 7.5inches Height (2ea), 3) 9.5inches Height (4ea), 4) 11.5inches Height (84 ea). CLIN 0002: KARDEX Front to Back Rails: 1) 5.5inches Height (20 ea), 2) 9.5inches Height (30 ea), 3) 11.5inches Height (80 ea). CLIN 0003: KARDEX Dividers and Spacers: 1) 5.5inches x 6inches wide (50ea), 2) 5.5inches x 8inches wide (50ea), 3) 5.5inches x 10inches wide (20 ea), 4) 9.5inches x 10inches wide (20 ea), 5) 9.5inches x 12inches wide (25ea), 6) 11.5inches x 10inches wide(12ea), 7) 11.5inches x 12inches wide (12 ea), 8) 11.5inches x 18inches wide (12ea). To be eligible for an award, contractor must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. A contractor can contact the CCR by calling 1-888-227-2423 or e-mail at http://www.ccr.gov. NO EXCEPTIONS. A DUNS (Dun and Bradstreet) number is required in order to register.
