- A Solicitation to be issued on October 1, 2009 in anticipation of a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Contract. NSN 1560-1-572-9692 for a Plate Structural utilized on the C-130 Aircraft Program. The requirement is for a quantity of 161 pieces. This procurement has been set aside as a 100% Small Business RFP; Full and Open Competition after exclusion of sources. This is a Critical Application Item; Boeing Rights Guard excusion and Configuration Control Applies. An Export Control Technical Data Packages is available at DSCR. Inspection IAW Origin and FOB Destination to Stock Location. Electronic Offers are not acceptable; Offerors must submit a completed solicitation package; A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP on the issue date cited in the RFP.
