- THIS NOTICE IS A CORRECT TO THE SEPTEMBER 15, 2009 POSTING. This is a notice of an award of modification one (1) to contract number HHSN263999900781B / HHSN26800001. BPA Call # HHSN26800001 was awarded against BPA # HHSN263999900781B to LUCID Information Development Solutions, 8133 Leesburg Pike, Suite 810, Vienna, VA 22182-2733, DUNS # 135940315 on July 15, 2009 in the amount of $99,960.00, for a five (5) week period of performance through August 31, 2009. The modification amends the BPA Call to increase the total amount by $50,000.00 from $99,960.00 to $149,960.00 and to extend the completion date from August 31, 2009 to September 30, 2009. There are no other changes to the terms and conditions of the contract.
